Shipping policy

Unless otherwise noted, your order will be made to order and will be shipped via USPS or UPS to your shipping address.

If you purchase an item that is already ready for adoption, please allow 2 - 3 business days to ship your order. 

For all other orders, your creation will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Every attempt will be made to ship ULTRA MAGA, MAGA MAN, and MINI MAGA within 4-6 weeks of your order date, but this is completely dependent on order volume. Please keep in mind each doll is handmade and each doll takes 14-16 hours to create.

Trump on the Stump orders will be fulfilled in the fall, to be ready for the holiday season. 

Custom orders will be made within 2-3 weeks, depending on what is ordered. Rush orders are available for an additional charge. 

Shipping fee will be verified upon check out. 

In any occasion that you need to return the order, you must contact us via email at admin@bluebirdhillcrochet.com to arrange a return/exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
